The InnCube, one of his investment of co-working space, achieved great success by providing business starters affordable high-quality offices and effective communities in luxury hotels in CBD of capital cities.

Crystal Wang, the Managing Director of UHome Realty Australia, has an extensive Business Media & Property Investment background for the past 10 years. With a masters degree in Professional Construction Practice from Bond University in Queensland, she joined UHome and assembled the team to provide buyers, sellers and developers a one-stop-shop for real estate needs.
She is known for her strategic planning and commitment to business performance for the benefit of UHome Clients.

Jim's Real Estate career spans more than 40 years, Commencing as a Raine and Horne franchisee with an office in Newtown in Sydney's inner west.
Jim was recruited from his Newtown office to become Raine and Horne Country and Coastal Franchise Manager responsible for NSW, ACT, VIC, and TAS opening new offices and training real Estate agents in these regions.
L J Hooker headhunted Jim to run the NSW Franchise team for them, opening new offices and training real estate agents.
Jim then moved to Queensland to be Franchise Manager for both ELDER's and then PRD Real Estate. Jim co wrote operating manuals for franchise operators for both companies.
Jim then operated his own firm in the Sydney CBD. The business was diverse and provided corporate real estate advice, accounting and eventually specialist services for property investors. The staff of this firm purchased the business from him and Jim then focused on consulting to Developers around Australia. Jim helped construct and market high density product and delivered new suburbs and townships to the marketplace. He was instrumental in the boom in the Darwin property market.
Jim is one of the most experienced and successful property professionals in Australia.
